The BayCare Sound at Coachman Park in Clearwater is throwing a party to celebrate its 100th concert performance starring Leon Bridges and Charley Crockett with special guest Reyna Tropical Monday, Sept. 15 at 6 p.m. This show is more than just another night on the calendar; this celebration honors the growth of a venue that has quickly become the cornerstone for Tampa Bay music lovers.
The Heart Of the Celebration
When the BayCare Sound opened in 2023, Clearwater gained more than a music venue – it gained a gathering place. In just over two years, it has hosted some of the biggest names in music while creating space for the community to come together under the Florida sky. From food trucks and local vendors to sunsets over the intercoastal waterway, the venue has become as much about connection as it is about music.
The team is pulling out all the stops to make it a celebration to remember.
To kick off the celebration, a limited number of four-pack tickets to select BayCare Sound concerts (list is noted below) are available now for $100 ALL-IN price using the promo code SOUND at time of purchase. These tickets are good while supplies last through Friday, Sept. 12 at 11:59 p.m.
The BayCare Sound four-pack ticket offer is good for these upcoming concerts:
- Dream Theater on Wednesday, September 10
- Lee Brice on Thursday, September 11
- 97X Next Big Legends Cage The Elephant on Wednesday, September 17
- Greensky Bluegrass on Thursday, November 13
- Russell Dickerson on Friday, November 14
At the concert, fans can look forward to celebrating the milestone:
- The First 100 concert attendees to visit the BayCare Sound Marketing Table will receive a commemorative BayCare Sound Trucker Hat
- Local craft vendors, live painters, henna artists and a FREE photo booth to capture the memories
- The debut of official BayCare Sound merchandise available for purchase
- The Sound Wave, a specialty cocktail, will be offered for purchase
And of course, every concert includes Clearwater’s favorite lineup of local food trucks and drinks – making this night as much about flavors as it is about music.
It will be a night filled with a mix of music and community spirit that feels perfectly at home in Clearwater.
The Music: Soul Meets Country
Leon Bridges is known for his velvet-smooth voice and storytelling that echoes across generations. His journey from busking in Fort Worth to selling out arenas worldwide is a testament to the power of authenticity and soul. With hits that blur the lines between R&B, gospel and pop, Bridges brings a timeless sound that’s both classic and fresh.
Charley Crockett, on the other hand, brings a dose of grit. A modern troubadour who carved his own path, Crockett embodies the independent spirit of country music. With 14 albums to his name and a reputation for unforgettable live performances, he’s built a following that appreciates the raw, unpolished edge of his artistry.
Together, Bridges and Crockett represent two sides of the Texas sound – smooth soul and rugged country – coming together for one night only. Add in the vibrant rhythms of Reyna Tropical and the evening promises to be a journey across genres, cultures and emotions.

Why It Matters
Hitting this milestone in just two years is no small feat. It reflects the passion of the BayCare Sound team, the support of Clearwater residents, and the growing demand for world-class music experiences in the Tampa Bay area. The venue has already been recognized as one of the top amphitheaters in the U.S., but its true legacy lies in the way it has brought people together.
Whether you’re there for the soul, the country, the community vibes or simply the sunset views, this celebration is about what we’ve built together, and looking forward to the next hundred shows and beyond.
